Everland is in Yongin, about an hour south of Seoul, and the shuttle buses stop long before the parade does. I drive you down, wait in the car park all day, and take you home whenever you come out — including the tired children asleep on the way back.
How the day usually runs

Pickup at your hotel
Everland opens at ten most days. Leaving Seoul at eight puts you at the gate before the queue builds, which on a weekend is worth an hour of your day.

The drive down
About an hour on the expressway when it's clear. Buy your tickets online the night before — the gate queue is the slowest part of the morning and it's entirely avoidable.

Straight to T Express
The wooden coaster's queue goes from ten minutes to ninety by lunchtime. If your group wants it, do it first and see the pandas afterwards, not the other way round.

Lunch, and I'm still here
Food inside the park is fine but not cheap. If someone needs a nap, a charger or a bag dropped off, message me and come out to the car — re-entry is allowed with your ticket.

The parade and the evening
The main parade is late afternoon and the lights and fireworks come after dark, seasonally. This is the part the last shuttle bus makes you miss.

Home when you're done
You come out when you come out. I'm in the car park, not on a timetable, and the drive back is quiet enough that the children usually sleep through it.

Questions people ask
Do you buy the park tickets for us?
No — you'll do better online, where the discounts are. Book the night before and go straight to the entry gate rather than the ticket window.
Do you wait the whole day?
Yes. That's what this booking is. I stay at Everland with the car so you're not counting down to a shuttle departure.
What if we stay past twelve hours?
Message me and we'll sort it. An extra hour or so is usually not a problem; I just ask that you tell me rather than leave me guessing at the gate.
Is Caribbean Bay included?
It's a separate ticket and a separate park next door, but the same car park serves both. Say which one you're doing and the day works the same way.
Can we add somewhere on the way back?
Yes, though after a full day in a theme park almost nobody wants to. Korean Folk Village is nearby if you're doing this as a shorter day.
